Magnus Wichmann

Magnus Wichmann was born in june 11th in 1978, at the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil. He did his first musical steps with 5 years old, but he just started to study music ate the age of 13, when his first bands came around. Then, Magnus took guitar lessons with Frank Solari and also classical guitar lessons with Daniel Wolf.

Magnus also played beside Kiko Loureiro and Rafael Bittencourt (both Angra members) and worked at their crew as well. Magnus plays at Scelerata, a heavy metal band who have released worldwide it’s first album “Darkness & Light” with a great interview at the Japanese YOUNG GUITAR magazine, beside interviews and reviews in lots of magazines, radio and TV shows. Recently, Scelerata released it’s second album “Skeleton’s Domination” in Japan, Brazil and North America. Nowadays, Magnus is composing and recording his solo album, which doesn’t have a release date yet.
